Coronavirus Update

Following the statement below from Tony Mayer, Chairman SCTA, we will now be closed until further notice.

SCTA Chairman Statement:

In light of advice given by the Prime Minister and government today, that we should avoid/stop social contact and non essential travel, with regret the Board of the SCTA are cancelling all Scottish registered and selection shoots with immediate effect. The Board have not taken this decision lightly, we feel it is in the best interest of our Members and their Families. We also apologise to the grounds and will resume the shooting calendar as soon as we can.
Shoots from other nations/federations will also not be taken into account for selection purposes until advised. New selection procedures will be looked at to make sure all competitors have a fair opportunity of achieving international selection – if indeed any of the Home International competitions go ahead.
Please follow this latest government advice and look after yourselves, your family, your friends and colleagues.

The Board of Glenmoriston Shooting Ground would like to reassure our members and customers that we are keeping a close eye on up-to-date information regarding the current Covid-19 outbreak.
Until advised otherwise, we intend to run our published shoot calendar but we would ask that if you are showing any symptoms of the virus, please do not come along to the ground.
We would ask you to please cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve when you cough or sneeze and to wash your hands immediately afterwards.
Please wash your hands regularly with water and the provided anti-bacterial soap in the washrooms, particularly when entering and before leaving the clubhouse.  Anti-bacterial wipes will also be available at the layouts.
As the situation changes, further notices will be placed on our website and facebook pages.
Thank you.
